في البحث تناول لجوانب من حياة القاضي عياض،اسما ونسبا ومولد ا ووفاة، مع الترکيز على مساره العلمي الحديثي،شيوخا وتلاميذ ومصنفات حديثية، ومن أبرز هذه المصنفات الحديثية کتابه: الالماع، وهو أول مصنف في علوم الحديث لدى المغاربة، وقد عنيت به من حيث:مقدمة مؤلفه، وشيئ من صناعته الحديثية فيه، وتعقبه غيره، وتعقب غيره له، ولا ينسى کون القاضي عياض من خلال هذا الکتاب واحدا من أوائل علماء المسلمين الواضعين لأسس وتفاصيل علم تحقيق التراث، ومنهج البحث العلمي، فجاء هذا الکتاب موضوع هذا البحث فريدا في بابه، مثريا المکتبة الحديثية وغيرها


The current research deals with aspects of Judge Ayyad’s life, name, lineage, birth and death, with a focus on his modern scientific path, sheikhs, students, and modern works. Among the most prominent of these hadith works is his book: The Illuminations, which is the first book in the Hadith sciences of Moroccans. The researcher deals with: the introduction of his author, and something of his hadith industry in it, and others follow him, and others follow him, and he does not forget that Judge Ayyad, through this book, was one of the first Muslim scholars who laid the foundations and details of the science of verifying heritage, and the method of scientific research, so this book came the subject of this research uniqe at his
specialisation, enriching the hadith library
