فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم علي أدوات ونظم التواصل الاجتماعي وتوظيفه في التدريس الفعال للطلاب المعلمين شعبة التربية الخاصة بكلية التربية جامعة الأزهر

هدف البحث إلي تحديد فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم علي أدوات ونظم التواصل الاجتماعي وتوظيفه في التدريس الفعال للطلاب المعلمين بكلية التربية جامعة الأزهر، وتكونت عينة البحث من (62) طالباً تم توزيعهم علـى مجموعتيـن: تجريبيـة وعددهم (31) طالبـا، وضابطـة (31) طالبـاً، واستخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي في عرض واقع توظيف ادوات ونظم التواصل الاجتماعي، وتمثلت ادوات البحث في بطاقة الملاحظة لمهارات التدريس الفعال، وبينت نتائج البحث رغبة الطلاب المعلمين في التعلم بأدوات ونظم الاتصال الاجتماعي، كما دلت النتائج علي وجود نسب اتفاق بين آراء الطلاب على أن ادوات ونظم الاتصال تسهم في خلق بيئة تعليمية تفاعلية بما يساعد على زيادة الرغبة في التعلم
The purpose of the current research was to identify the tools and systems of social communication and to employ them in the effective teaching among prospective teachers, Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University. Participants of the research comprised (N= 62) male 4th year prospective teachers. They were chosen and divided into two groups: treatment group (n=31), and non-treatment group (n=31). To attain the purpose of the research, the researcher utilized the descriptive analytical approach in presenting the reality of employing social communication tools and systems. Instruments of this research was an observation card for effective teaching skills. Results revealed that there was a desire of prospective teachers to learn with social communication tools and systems. Results also revealed that there is agreement among prospective teachers that communication tools and systems contribute to creating a transparent and interactive learning environment, which helped to increase the desire to learn.
