هدف البحث الحالي الي تقديم تصور مقترح للجامعة المنتجة في ضوء متطلبات الميزة التنافسية وذلك من خلال تناول الإطار الفلسفي للجامعة المنتجة وتحليل تسع من متطلبات الميزة التنافسية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المعلومات وتفسيرها. وقدم البحث أليات لتنفيذ التصور المقترح شملت الجوانب المادية والبشرية والجوانب الإدارية، والتنظيمية، والجوانب القانونية، والتشريعية.

Abstract
The current research aims at presenting a suggested vision of the productive university in the light of competitive advantage requirements. This goal was achieved through handling the philosophical framework of productive university, analyzing nine of the requirements of the competitive advantage. The research used the analytical descriptive method in collecting data and explaining it. The research succeeded in reaching techniques for achieving the suggested vision. These techniques included human and physical, administrative, and organizational, and legislative and lawful aspects.
